Reports turn TigerTrust’s operational data into deliverables — the artifact you attach to a SOC 2 evidence request, email to a stakeholder, or hand to an auditor. Six report types are built-in and any of them can be scheduled to deliver on a cadence.

What it is

You choose a report type, a time period, and an output format. TigerTrust generates the report and either delivers it immediately (for on-demand requests) or sends it to the configured recipients on schedule. Scheduled reports are also archived for later retrieval.

When to use it

  • Export a quarterly compliance report for your SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit.
  • Schedule a weekly expiry digest for the infrastructure team.
  • Generate a discovery coverage report after onboarding a new cloud account.
  • Provide renewal success/failure stats to leadership at the end of the month.

Set it up

Open Reports

Go to Reports in the main navigation.

Choose a report type and period

Select one of the six standard types (or Custom to compose your own). Set the period — last 30 days, last quarter, a specific date range, or a year-over-year span.

Pick a format and generate

Select PDF, Excel, or CSV and click Generate. For large periods, consider scheduling instead of generating on-demand.

Schedule for delivery (optional)

Click Schedule this report, set a frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), and enter recipient email addresses. The report runs automatically and is delivered and archived on each run.

What you’ll see

Generated reports appear in the Reports list with a download link and a generation timestamp. Scheduled reports show nextRun and a history of past deliveries. Every generation is recorded in the audit log with the format, period, and recipients.
Requests for large periods (year-over-year) can take tens of seconds to render as PDF. Prefer scheduling large reports and retrieving them from the archive, and reserve on-demand generation for the last 30–90 days.
